What counts as monthly sales?
The total of paid orders in a calendar month, after refunds. Shipping and GST you collect are included.
What happens if I sell more than my plan covers?
Your store keeps taking orders. We move you to the next plan from the following month and tell you first.
Is GST extra?
Yes. Prices are before 18% GST, and you get a GST invoice for every payment.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Shopform charges 0% per order. Your payment provider charges its own fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades from your next bill.
